I enjoy spending time with our family and friends. We love to camp, spend time at the beach and just be outside in general. When time (and children) allow, I like to get crafty or settle in under a great old quilt with a cuppa tea, a couple pieces of dark chocolate with sea salt, some yarn and a crochet hook. I also really love to cook and bake and enjoy experimenting with new flavours, spices and recipes. I love Jesus Christ and seek to bring Him honour and glory through everything I do.
I’ve always had a love for photography. I can remember stealing my dad’s film camera at a young age and convincing my siblings to participate in my mini photo shoots in the back yard or a neighbouring farmer’s corn field. My friends always knew me to be the one with the camera on the daily, documenting our shenanigans on a regular basis. I never could have dreamed that one day I’d be blessed enough to be able to share in some of the best parts of your story – what an honour!
I love LOVE! The newness of love between a new mother and her sweet little squish, love that has so much to unfold and discover on a wedding day, love that’s grown and been nurtured in a family and love that has stood the test of time at a 25th…30th…50th anniversary. Love is my passion, what drives me and the reason I will rejoice with you when I hold your rainbow baby for the first time or laugh with you as you chase your littles around at a family session, why I will tear up when your forever love sees you for the first time on your wedding day and most definitely why I will cry when you dance with your daddy in your white dress.
